Celebrating June 2024's Top Telesales Performers

In this month's newsletter, we are thrilled to highlight the exceptional achievements of our best-performing telesales agents for June 2024: Ademola Bukola Mary from Elite Team 3 and Chikadibia John from Elite Team 1. Their dedication and hard work have set a high standard, and we are proud to share their stories and insights.

Spotlight on Ademola Bukola Mary

Ademola Bukola Mary, from Elite Team 3, has made a significant impact with her outstanding performance. Selling 8 freezer units amounting to ₦10,706,000, Ademola’s success is driven by her strategies of continuous customer follow-up, maintaining a positive attitude, and showing empathy. When asked about her recognition, she shared, “I feel encouraged to do more.”

Ademola’s approach to overcoming challenges is strategic. She recalls a situation where a customer was initially hesitant due to a misunderstanding about the product's price. With support from her team and her training, she successfully convinced the customer, turning a potential challenge into a triumph. Ademola attributes much of her success to the daily encouragement and referrals she receives from her team, as well as the influential role of her team leader.

Her motivation comes from the commission and her personal development goals. For June, she focused on customer follow-up, relationship building, and engagement. One notable success story involves a customer who initially considered a competitor's product but was eventually persuaded by Ademola to choose Koolboks, thanks to her persistent and empathetic engagement.

Ademola faces challenges like product availability but overcomes them with the support of her team leader and ongoing training. She plans to continue her success by enhancing her sales skills through additional courses and maintaining ethical selling practices.

Spotlight on Chikadibia John

Chikadibia John of Elite Team 1 also demonstrated remarkable performance, selling 7 freezer units worth ₦5,870,100. He feels highly encouraged by the recognition, stating, “Effort appreciated is a high turn-up for me.” His effective sales techniques include proper follow-up, focused dialogue, and customer assurance, which have been key to his success.

One of John's challenging sales involved a customer who was indecisive about an installment plan. With a tailored approach, he managed to secure the sale, highlighting his adaptability and problem-solving skills. John attributes his success to the unwavering support of his team and the leadership of Joy Ebibanya, his team leader. The team's consistent discussions, handling of irate customers, and motivational strategies have been vital.

John's motivation is fueled by the monetary rewards and the encouragement from his team leads. His goals include exceeding his sales targets and continuously improving his sales strategies. He builds rapport with customers through friendliness, calmness, and even video calls, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

Despite facing challenges like product availability, John remains optimistic and focused. He plans to apply the lessons learned this month to build stronger relationships with clients and achieve peaceful and successful sales. His future aspirations at Koolboks involve growing within the company, improving his sales techniques, and contributing to the company's success.

Looking Ahead

Both Ademola and John have provided valuable feedback for improving the telesales process at Koolboks. They suggest enhancing the turnaround time for product delivery and conducting more internal training sessions to refresh and refine sales strategies.

Their stories not only inspire their peers but also set a benchmark for excellence in telesales. As we celebrate their achievements, we look forward to seeing their continued success and the positive impact they will have on Koolboks.
